RESU is the first youth-led environmental NGO in Albania, initially established as a non-formal group, and as of October 2022 constituted as an NGO. As a youth-led environmental NGO, RESU believes in the essential role that young people play in fighting against environmental pollution and combating climate change. We engage in state-of-the-art and evidence-based projects that are ecologically impactful, socially equitable, economically feasible, locally adapted, and politically viable. We are aware of our responsibility to contribute to achieving the UN SDGs. RESU aims to enhance community involvement, with a special emphasis on empowering the youth to participate in decision-making processes to advance a joint green agenda between the community and the government. Through various activities, such as workshops, trainings, and awareness campaigns, we will enhance the skills and knowledge of young people on issues related to climate change and sustainable development. By promoting sustainable practices and addressing environmental issues, we aim to promote environmental justice, equity, and sustainability through community engagement, advocacy, and action
