SIREH

SIREH Centre for the Study, Preservation and Enhancement of Armenian Cultural Heritage is a foundation dedicated to the preservation, promotion, and study of Armenian cultural heritage. Officially registered in Yerevan, Armenia, in October 2024, SIREH builds upon over 50 years of legacy from the Centro Studi e Documentazione della Cultura Armena. It is guided by a global network of experts and institutions committed to protecting both tangible and intangible heritage through innovative, multidisciplinary approaches.

SIREH’s mission encompasses a wide spectrum of cultural fields beyond monument preservation. It fosters academic research, educational programs, and community engagement to safeguard Armenian identity while contributing to global cultural discourse. The foundation emphasizes capacity-building initiatives, such as hands-on training for restorers, advanced technological applications (geodesy, 3D scanning, material testing), and strategic collaborations with European and international heritage
